SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery to UK Mainland addresses with Royal Mail is charged at a flat rate of £3.95. We offer free delivery for orders over £50.
Delivery is usually within 3-5 working days.
Final Order date for Christmas 2021 delivery has now passed. Click and Collect is available until December 23rd.

RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return an item, please contact theunicornpenrith@gmail.com, for details. If an item is not suitable or you have changed your mind, we ask you to pay the return postage. If an item is faulty or does not arrive in perfect condition, then again please contact us on theunicornpenrith@gmail.com and we will do our very best to replace the item.
